What is SUP Yoga?
SUP Yoga means "Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga"
SUP Yoga is a special class that involves practicing your favorite yoga postures while floating on one of our 10-foot+ paddle boards. SUP Yoga is a playful way to challenge your balance and improve core strength all while enjoying time at the beach!
No experience is required to enjoy this unique and adventurous class!
