Three tips for the best experience...

Be on time.
Free parking is available in the lot behind our building. Please do not park in our neighbor's lots.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early for practice.
You will not be able to enter the practice room if you arrive late.

Come Prepared.
Bring a mat for practice and wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
We have a limited number of mats available to borrow.
Please leave cell phones in the lobby and refrain from checking them during practice.
3
Communicate.
Before class, let your teacher know if you are brand new to your practice or if you have any injuries or limitations.
