Join Tristin Hurley-Cartwright, for a grounding prenatal yoga workshop series. Come build a greater connection between your mind, body, breath and growing baby belly in each session. This series is geared towards all stages of pregnancy and no yoga experience is necessary. We will build upon breathing and movement fundamentals and techniques each week to help calm your mind and increase your body’s awareness, stamina, and endurance to aid in birthing your bundle of joy and forever thereafter.

Each session will include a Mother’s Circle check-in with prenatal education, meditation, breathing exercises, and physical practice. The series is intentionally designed for you to feel more confident and empowered physically, mentally, and spiritually for your pregnancy and birthing journey upon completion.

Join Tristin Hurley-Cartwright, for a grounding postnatal yoga workshop series. Come build a greater connection between your mind, breath, and resiliently powerful body in each session. This five week series is geared towards all postnatal persons no matter when you birthed your baby, whether it was 4 weeks or 40 years ago. No yoga experience is necessary. We will build upon breathing and movement fundamentals and techniques each week to help calm your mind and increase your body’s awareness, stamina, and endurance to aid in your postnatal recovery and caring for your new bundle of joy if you recently birthed.

Each session will include a brief check-in with postnatal education, meditation, breathing exercises, and physical practice. The series is intentionally designed for you to feel more confident and empowered physically, mentally, and spiritually for your postnatal journey and life upon completion.
