We offer a variety of classes ranging from dynamic & sweaty to gentle & restorative. Try something new and find a class you'll love.

Vinyasa Yoga

"Vinyasa" means to place in a special way. Vinyasa Yoga classes are characterized by dynamic and thoughtful sequences linking breath to movement.

Vinyasa 1 (Slow Flow) :

The perfect class for students seeking a well rounded practice with a focus on the fundamentals. Here students can expect to learn the mechanics of sun salutations & moving dynamically, a variety of standing postures to build strength & flexibility, and easy hip openers, twists, & back bends to develop balance, focus, and resilience.

  • Great for beginners and all levels!

  • Classroom is room temperature.

  • Music is teacher's choice.

Vinyasa 2 🔥 :

In this upbeat class, students will be skillfully guided through a series of both classic and innovative yoga postures. Expect to practice everything you would experience in a Vinyasa 1 along with more challenging transitions, postures, and variations. Students may also be introduced to some basic inversions (such as handstand at the wall) or arm balances. Expect to break a sweat. This class will challenge students in an intelligent way and build mind-body awareness.

  • Prior to attending class, a basic understanding of asana (posture) is recommended but not required.

  • Class is heated  🔥 85-90 degrees F (Heat is turned off during hot summer months, July & August).

  • Music is teacher's choice.

Vinyasa 3 🔥 :

A challenging and well balanced flow practice for the intermediate and well-seasoned student. Students will flow through dynamic movement such as Surya Namaskar to build heat before practicing a variety of standing, seated, and supine postures. Expect to practice all postures, inversions, and arm balances introduced in Vinyasa 1 & 2, along with more challenging and innovative transitions, postures and variations. This class will challenge students in an intelligent way and build mind-body awareness.

  • Prior to attending class, a basic understanding of asana (posture) is recommended.

  • Class is heated 🔥 85-90 degrees F (Heat is turned off during hot summer months, July & August)

  • Music is teacher's choice.

Traditional Flow 🔥 :

Inspired by the Ashtanga Yoga method, this class offers a dynamic and vigorous series of classic postures, taught in a traditional sequence to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Students are encouraged to use breath, movement, and drishti (focus point) to turn their attention inward as they move through this invigorating class.

  • Prior to attending class, a basic understanding of asana (posture) is recommended but not required.

  • Class is heated 🔥 85-90 degrees F (Heat is turned off during hot summer months, July & August)

  • No music.

"Core" Classes

Pun intended. These classes will help build core strength and stability.

Mat Pilates:

This class will focus on functional training exercises developed by the Pilates method. Modifications and advances will be provided for each exercise performed.

 

Using body weight, resistant training bands and blocks, we will work on mobility, stability and strength, with a variety of exercises performed mostly on your mat. Learn to focus your energy on your core and posture using breath to movement patterns. Bring your power!

Yoga for Core Power 🔥:

"Yoga for Core Power" is a fun, high energy practice incorporating traditional yoga postures with innovative movements to strengthen your core! Expect to move, break a sweat, and feel amazing afterwards!

  • Music is teacher's choice.

Yoga for Back Care:

In this 45 Minute Back Care Class, students will move through a series of postures and exercises to help maintain a healthy back!


Are you experiencing low-back pain or a sore neck? Often back pain is the result of weakness or stiffness in the body. This class is specifically designed to help build strength and flexibility where it counts. Expect to experience less back pain, improved posture and better core strength with practice!

  • Great for beginners and all levels!

  • Music is teacher's choice.

Yoga Flex:

Yoga Flex integrates light to moderate weight training with classic yoga asana. Students will incorporate free weights into their practice to tone and strengthen while stretching and balancing. This class will challenge students in a fun way and add an interesting twist to a traditional yoga practice.

Soothing Yoga Classes

 

Classes to nourish your nervous system. Slow down, stretch, and breathe deeply in these relaxing classes.

 

Gentle Yoga & Meditation:

A class for those who would benefit from a gentle or slower-paced yoga class, and for anyone seeking a relaxing, meditative experience. This is a one hour class that consists of gentle movements, a 15 minute guided meditation, followed by Savasana.

  • Great for beginners and all levels!

  • Music is soothing.

Restorative Yoga:

 

Reset and renew with restorative yoga. Using props like a bolster, blankets, and blocks students will be comfortably supported in a variety of yoga postures inducing extreme relaxation while restoring the nervous system. This class is much less about 'doing' and much more about 'being'. Each posture, generally held for 5-10 minutes, brings a sense of surrender to the body while encouraging a meditative state of the mind. Counteract the effects of chronic stress as you restore harmony to your body, mind and emotions.

  • Great for beginners and all levels!

  • Music is soothing.

Yin Yoga:

In this relaxing sixty minute class, students will be guided safely in and out of a series of specific Yin Yoga postures. Yin postures are generally held for a minimum of 3+ minutes. By holding postures with stillness for longer amounts of time, students are able to gently stretch the deep connective tissues of their joints, ligaments, bones and fascia. A regular Yin Yoga practice will increase mobility, stability and flexibility while also creating a sense of peace and well being in students.
