Students attending must have an active membership, class package, or pay our drop-in rate to attend classes. 

Please pre-pay and register before arriving to class.

Bring a mat for practice and wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.

​

We suggest bringing a towel for under your mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

In case of rain, check your email for schedule and location changes!
