Our Humble Beginning...

Full Lotus Yoga Studio opened its first location in Grosse Pointe Woods in the summer of 2013.  We began as a little one-room studio without any frills or elbow space; just an open room with daily yoga lessons and committed teachers.

By 2015 our little studio had outgrown our humble space and so we expanded into a full yoga & wellness center in the heart of Grosse Pointe Woods. 

 

We now offer a full range of yoga classes, community events, teacher training, and healing services in two studio locations.  Our newest studio location opened in New Center, Detroit in 2021.  We are pleased to bring quality service to the greater Detroit Metropolitan Area.

What We Offer...

Being inclusive is one of our studio's most intentional characteristics.  You'll find that our schedule of classes range from hot and sweaty to gentle and restorative.

We love a dynamic and invigorating vinyasa class that challenges us to our core.  We also love a soothing restorative practice that fosters intuition and self-care.

 

Our diverse schedule was created around the idea that what we need as students will change from day to day. We believe that every body will find a class and teacher on our schedule to perfectly fit their daily needs.

All of our classes our taught by certified, experienced teachers who have completed a training in yoga asana, alignment, & philosophy.
